Spicy Mackerel Recipe – this is one of the best Spiced Mackerels recipes that I have ever made. This is a recipe beyond curries and I am sure you will love it.
Red hot spicy Indian Mackerel is a simple recipe that even beginners can attempt. We cook mackerels in a spicy and tangy Vindaloo Masala Paste. Basic ingredients go into this masala paste that is tangy, spicy, and flavourful.
The quantity of vinegar in this recipe is very low as we substitute it with tamarind. This does not compromise on the taste but is a good option for those who do not like vinegar.
