TO MAKE THIS STIR-FRIED COLD CUTS

Use any meat of your choice, I used chicken salami and sausages. These are very easily available at any cold-storage selling frozen meats.

Chop a few flakes of garlic and slit 2 – 3 green chillies. Also dice one whole capsicum. Capsicums tastes wonderful in stir-fry dishes.

Heat a little oil in a wok or a pan and add the garlic and slit green chillies also add the capsicum and stir fry for a minute or two. Add the cold cuts and continue to stir fry for 1 – 2 more minutes. Since the meat is pre-cooked it does not need to be cooked further. You only need to slightly saute them in the pan for a few minutes. Sprinkle a dash of pepper powder and garnish with onion leeks. If you wish to add sauces you may do so but I prefer to just add a dash of pepper powder or may be some dried herbs.

Serve as an appetizer, along with cocktails or mocktails for your next party😊😘😉

Chicken Potato Chops also make excellent appetizer, you may like to try them out too.
