Mutton Dal Gosht Recipe! A traditional and flavorful dish that combines the richness of mutton and the creamy texture of lentils. This recipe is perfect for a hearty meal, offering a comforting blend of spices and tender meat.
My mum would prepare this Dal Gosht Recipe with beef or mutton. We love the creaminess of the lentils and succulent beef in the dish. We prepare this with toor dal/aahaar dal which is soaked for a few minutes before cooking. The mutton or beef mum would pressure cook without any spices.
I have given a slight twist to my Mum’s Dal Gosht Recipe and it’s still amazing. Here’s how you can prepare this delicious and traditional dish at home.
