Pomfret Fish Green Curry Recipe
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 3 to 4 persons
INGREDIENTS
- FISH. Fresh Pomfret Fish cut into slices or any fish of your choice. This recipe works well for fish like Rawas and black Pomfrets too.
- VINEGAR. Adding vinegar is optional but it gives a wonderful tang to the fish curry. 1 tablespoon of any vinegar is fine. Though optional, vinegar enhances the flavour of the fish curry making it a little tangy to suit your appetite.

- Freshly grated coconut – 1/4 cup (alternatively use 1/2 cup thick coconut milk instead)
- Coriander Leaves – 1 cup with stems (gives a good flavour)
- Green Chillies – 5 to 6 (use as per your taste)
- Coriander Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1/2 a medium size sliced
- Ginger & Garlic – 1-inch ginger and 5 to 6 garlic cloves
