Start by gathering boneless, skinless chicken breasts, garlic, fresh cream, salt, pepper, and dried herbs of your choice. You may also want to have some lemon, olive oil and butter on hand for cooking the chicken. Once you have everything you need, you’re ready to start!

Season And Cook The Chicken Breasts.
To begin making this easy creamy garlic chicken breast recipe, first flatten the chicken breast with a mallet and then season them with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil or butter. Once the skillet is hot enough, add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side. Cook until they are no longer pink in the middle. Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.

Make The Creamy Garlic Sauce.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and minced garlic and also the chopped green chillies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant. Ingredients
  

  • 02 Chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil (Olive/Canola or any vegetable oil)
  • ½ cup Fresh Cream
  • ½ Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs

Instructions
 

  • Prep the chicken breasts by flattening them with a mallet. Then season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken breast on both sides until done. Once cooked remove and set aside.
  • Into the same pan, add butter. Add the chopped garlic and green chillies and sauté until fragrant. Then add chicken stock or water and bring it to a boil.
  • Next, add the lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in the fresh cream and mix well until it thickens.
  • Now add the chicken breasts and continue to cook until the sauce completely coats the chicken. Creamy Chicken Breasts are done, Enjoy!

  1.  Use fresh cream of your choice, I used Amul.
  2. Adjust seasonings to suit your taste.
