- 02 Chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil (Olive/Canola or any vegetable oil)
- ½ cup Fresh Cream
- ½ Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
Prep the chicken breasts by flattening them with a mallet. Then season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken breast on both sides until done. Once cooked remove and set aside.
Into the same pan, add butter. Add the chopped garlic and green chillies and sauté until fragrant. Then add chicken stock or water and bring it to a boil.
Next, add the lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in the fresh cream and mix well until it thickens.
Now add the chicken breasts and continue to cook until the sauce completely coats the chicken. Creamy Chicken Breasts are done, Enjoy!
- Use fresh cream of your choice, I used Amul.
- Adjust seasonings to suit your taste.
