Traditionally, we cook a pork roast in big chunks and then slice it to serve. But for quick and easy cooking, I love to cut the pork into bite size pieces. This way the meat not only cooks faster but also turns out to be tender juicy and flavourful.

You could also make pork roast in a pressure cooker if you want to speed up the cooking time. But if the meat is tender I suggest you cook it on a stovetop or in an instant pot for better flavours.
