Crispy Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Crispy fried chicken drumsticks, are one of the best-fried chicken starter recipes that you can make at home. Chicken drumsticks are marinated and then deep-fried to get light crispy flavourful appetizer.

- 6-7 Chicken Drumsticks (approx 650 grams)
- ¾ cup Rice flour
- Oil for deep frying
For the Marination
- 2 to 3 tbsp Green paste Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup, green chillies -4, ginger 1", garlic-4 cloves
- ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ lemon Juice
- 1 Beaten Egg (whole)
- ¼ tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Salt
Pierce all the chicken drumsticks and marinate with ingredients under "Marination". Then allow them to marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
After an hour of marination, take about 3/4 cup of rice flour and coat the chicken drumsticks evenly with the flour.
Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Shake off the excess flour from the chicken drumsticks and immerse them in the hot oil.
Fry on a medium to high flame for 6 to 8 minutes turning once or twice after 2 minutes. After approx. 8 minutes you will get perfectly fried Crispy Chicken Drumsticks
- Pierce the drumsticks with a fork.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Deep fry the chicken drumsticks for 6 to 8 minutes to get a crispy outer coat and a perfectly fried chicken.
