Instructions
Cook Noodles, as per instructions on the pack. Cook it al dente to get the best results.
In a wok, add a tbsp of oil, let it heat well and then add garlic, ginger and spring onions and saute for a minute.
Now add all the vegetables and stir fry on high flame.
Add the sauces, pepper powder and salt to taste.
Add the boiled noodles and 1 tbsp of sesame oil and stir-fry.
Garnish with spring onion leeks.
Notes
To give your wok a non-stick coating. Add 1 tsp of oil and spread it well with a kitchen tissue. Heat the wok till you see fumes. Switch off the flame. Now wipe this oil with a tissue when the wok cools down. Your wok is now ready.
Sesame oil enhances the flavour of the stir-fry dishes. You may choose to omit.
Always stir-fry on high flame.
