How to Cook Delicious Fried Fish

- 4 slices Fresh fish fillets
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Herbs for garnish
Wash and pat dry the fish fillets. Combine all the ingredients of the marinade and then apply to the fish fillets.
Heat oil in a frypan and place the fish fillets. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes on one side and then flip over.
Fry on the second side for another 3 to 4 minutes or till done.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
- There is no need to marinate the fish slice you can fry it immediately. This will not alter the taste of the fish.
- Add chilli powder to suit your spice level.
- Frying time may vary depending on the heat and the pan. Fry on medium flame.
