How to Cook Delicious Fried Fish

  • Fry pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Fresh fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pat dry the fish fillets. Combine all the ingredients of the marinade and then apply to the fish fillets.
  • Heat oil in a frypan and place the fish fillets. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes on one side and then flip over.
  • Fry on the second side for another 3 to 4 minutes or till done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.

Notes

  1.  There is no need to marinate the fish slice you can fry it immediately.  This will not alter the taste of the fish.
  2. Add chilli powder to suit your spice level.
  3. Frying time may vary depending on the heat and the pan.  Fry on medium flame.
