Into a chopped or blender jar add all the ingredients, chicken mince, bread slices, onion, ginger, garlic, egg, peppercorns, paprika, chilli flakes, garam masala powder and also sour lime juice, and coriander leaves.
Blend all the ingredients coarsely and then transfer into a bowl. Take about a lemon size of the mince mixture and then shape it into a croquette. Similarly, prepare all the croquettes and set them aside.
Set up a frying station - Firstly, beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Also, add some breadcrumbs into a plate. Dip each croquette into the beaten egg and then roll into the breadcrumbs.
Frying the croquettes - Heat sufficient oil in a shallow pan and fry croquettes on medium heat until golden. Remove onto an absorbent tissue and serve hot.
- Coarsely grind the ingredient in a blender jar or chopper.
- Adjust spices and salt to suit your taste
- Fry evenly on medium to high heat until golden.
