- 1 cup Alphonso mango cubes
- 10 to 12 makhana roasted in an air fryer or a pan
- 2 fresh dates
- 5 to 6 almonds soaked and peeled
- 1 cup milk low-fat milk or milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
- Fresh mango pieces and mint leaves for garnish
Roast the makhana in an air fryer for 4 minutes or in a pan until crisp. Allow them to cool slightly.
Soak the almonds, peel the skin, and keep them ready. Soak the chia seeds for a few minutes until they swell.
Add the mango cubes, roasted makhana, dates, almonds, and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and stir in the soaked chia seeds, and top it with a few mango cubes and mint leaves.
Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing homemade mango smoothie.
