When the liquids are almost dried, add in the Mawa and nuts and continue cooking.
Dry up all the liquids and add the cardamom & nutmeg powder before you switch off the flame.
Garnish with pistachios and slivered almonds.
- Add a little extra sugar if you want your carrot halwa a little sweeter.
- You could reduce the quantity of mawa and still make an awesome halwa.
