Easy Green Masala Pork Curry in a Pressure Cooker (No Oil!)

Try this easy Green Masala Pork recipe made in a pressure cooker. Zero oil needed! Perfect to serve with rice or bread.

- 650 gms Pork cut into small pieces
- Green Masala Paste see earlier video for the recipe
- ¾ tbsp Salt to taste
- 2 Medium Onions sliced
- 200 ml Water 1 cup
- ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Add the pork pieces to a pressure cooker.
Add salt, the green masala paste, and sliced onions. Give it a good mix.
Pour in a cup of water (no oil needed!).
Pressure cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 whistles.
Once the pressure releases naturally, open the cooker and add the garam masala powder.
Turn on the flame and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
