Drumstick Foogath

Tender Drumsticks cooked with onion, pepper and garnished with fresh coconut.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 - 5 Drumsticks, peeled and cut
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 - 4 Green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Freshly grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions and chillies
  • Add the drumsticks, salt and cook covered till done. Put in a little water
  • Add pepper powder and coconut. Cook for 2 more minutes till water dries up.
  • Serve with rice or chapatis
