Tender Drumsticks cooked with onion, pepper and garnished with fresh coconut.

- 4 - 5 Drumsticks, peeled and cut
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 3 - 4 Green chillies, chopped
- 2 tbsp Freshly grated coconut
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions and chillies
Add the drumsticks, salt and cook covered till done. Put in a little water
Add pepper powder and coconut. Cook for 2 more minutes till water dries up.
Serve with rice or chapatis
