Delicious & Easy: How to Make Perfect Chicken Kebabs in Air Fryer

Cook Chicken Kebabs in Air Fryer with a few flavourful ingredients for an amazing weeknight dinner with family.

- 500 grams Boneless Chicken (use breast or thighs)
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Hung Curds/Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 or 3 Green chillies, chopped or crushed
- ¼ tsp Peppercorns crushed
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ Lemon juice
Take 500 grams boneless chicken in a bowl. Add salt, a table spoon of ginger garlic paste, juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons hung curds, a tablespoon of mayonnaise and your choice of herbs and spices.
Combine well and make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated in the marinade, then cover or seal the bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours to allow the flavours to develop.
After marination time, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and thread them into skewers.
Pre-heat your air fryer as per instructions and place the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket.
Grill the chicken for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked. Halfway through baste and flip the skewers and cook until done
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to avoid burning.
- Baste the chicken midway for succulent and juicy kebabs
- Use seasonings and spices as per your choice.
- Don't overcook the kebabs in the air fryer.
- Serve with the accompaniments of your choice.
