A very simple but popular chutney served with a variety of dishes, especially kebabs and tandoori chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • ½ cup Mint leaves
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Salt or black salt to taste

How to Make Coriander Mint Chutney

  • Put all the above chutney ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend to a fine paste.
  • To serve with tandoori items, add ¼ cup yogurt.
