A very simple but popular chutney served with a variety of dishes, especially kebabs and tandoori chicken.

- 1 cup Coriander leaves
- ½ cup Mint leaves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 3-4 Garlic cloves
- ½ inch Ginger
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt or black salt to taste
How to Make Coriander Mint Chutney
Put all the above chutney ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend to a fine paste.
To serve with tandoori items, add ¼ cup yogurt.
