- 400 - 500 gms Chicken curry cut with bones
- 2 pods Garlic approx. 20 cloves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 500 ml Water or as needed for soup
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Spices to be blended
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp Peppercorns
- 2 Cardamom
- 2 inches Cinnamon stick
- 3 to 4 Cloves
- ¼ tsp Turmeric can be added to the pot while cooking.
Simmer the Soup
Pour 500 ml of water into the pot. Stir well and bring the soup to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is tender and the flavors are well combined.
- Use chicken with bones for a nutritious soup.
- Adjust water as needed.
