Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric.

Heat Oil.  Make a curry paste and fry for a few minutes

Add water to make the requied gravy.  Add fish and cook till done.

Steps to make Pala Fish Curry

Marinate pala fish with salt and turmeric.  Set aside until you blend ingredients for the curry paste.

Step I

Heat oil in a pan and add the blended masala or curry paste.  Fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until oil oozes out.

Step II

Add 300 ml water to make the curry.  When curry boils, carefully add the fish slices. Cook for 6 to 8 min or till done.

Step III

After 6 to 8 minutes, the fish cooks to perfection. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
