Make Marshmallows at home … it’s is so easy and so much fun. These sweet fluffy, pillow-soft vanilla-scented bites are a favourite among kids.

350 grams sugar ½ cup water food colour,   pink    1 tsp vanilla essence 1 Egg white optional A pinch of salt 2-3 tbsp Icing sugar & cornflour mixture for rolling the marshmallows

What are Ingredients in Marshmallow

– Into  ½ cup water add gelatin and melt  uble boiler or microwave for a minute. – Into the remaining ½ cup water add gelatin and melt . – Beat up the sugar syrup  & add melted gelatin little by little.   – Add the egg white, vanilla  and colour   – Pour the marshmallow into the greased tray and refrigerate.
