Wash the mackerels and then apply salt and turmeric powder. Set aside for at least 10 minutes before cooking.

Red Chillies - 08 Garlic - 08 Ginger - 1 inch Cumin - 1 tsp Peppercons - 1 tsp Tamarind - lime-size ball soaked in water.

Cook Mackerels
Cook the Mackerels
Fry the masala paste and then add the marinate mackerels. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and then flip over. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.

Adjust seasonings
Check for seasonings and adjust accordingly.
Add 2 to 3 tbsp vinegar and then garnish with coriander leaves.
