Marinate the chicken and keep it aside.

Heat Oil.  Add spices onion & tomato and fry until soft.

Add malvani masala, marinated chicken and  ground masala paste & cook till done.

Steps to make Chicken Liver Recipe

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry one chopped onion until it turns translucent. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and continue frying.

Step I

Add the dry spices, red chilli powder, coriander, cumin, and turmeric powders. Fry for a minute under low heat and then add the chicken liver. Mix well .

Step II

Cover the pan and cook the chicken liver on low to medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step III

Once the chicken liver is cooked add pepper powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Fry for a minute and then switch off the heat.
