Christmas Kulkuls

Flavours of my Kitchen

– 1 kg All-purpose flour/Maida – 250 grams Sooji/Rawa (fine) – 500 grams Powdered Sugar – 3 Eggs – 4 tbsp Ghee  – ½ tsp Salt – Oil for frying – Food colours pink, orange, green  – 100 grams Powdered Sugar  

Ingredients

Knead  the dough & divide  into 3 – 4 equal portions. Add food colours as per your choice.

Shape the kulkuls on a Kulkul Comb and then deep fry on a low flame till done.

Mould all the Kulkuls on the comb and keep them ready for frying

Fry the Kulkuls in hot oil and then coat them with powdered sugar. Allow the Kulkuls to cool and then store in an air-tight container .
