Make a masala paste by blending masala ingredients .

Fry onion  and then add the prawns , salt and turmeric..

Add  raw mango slices and the Masala Paste. Add  water to make  required gravy.

Steps to make Prawn Curry with Mango

Wash, shell and devein the prawns. You could also keep the heads intact for added flavour in the curry.

Step I

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in another vessel and fry the sliced onions until golden brown. Also add ginger, garlic and green chillies with dry spices.

Step II

Now when the onions & tomatoes have softened, add the red masala paste that we blended earlier and fry until the raw smell vanishes.

Step III

Finally, add the fried Chicken and a cup of water and cook till oil oozes out and chicken is tender.

Step IV

Make this Prawn Curry with Mango as a weekday meal and enjoy it with steamed rice or rice rotis. You will enjoy this curry during the summer season for its tangy taste.
