Make a Green Masala Paste and Fry for 1 - 2 minutes.

Steps to make Pomfret Green Curry

Cut the Pomfret Fish into desired slices and then marinate them with salt and turmeric and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step I

Make a paste of the ingredients, under ‘Green Masala Paste’. Add water and then blend these ingredients into a smooth  paste with coriander leaves.

Step II

Fry the green masala paste and add water to make the required gravy. Add fish slices and cook them till done.
