Pomfret Fish Curry with Coconut Milk

A flavourful fish curry with basic spices and coconut Milk. The curry has a creamy texture and intense flavour.

INGREDIENTS

– 2 medium Pomfrets   – ½ tsp Turmeric powder  – 200 ml Coconut Milk (thin milk) – 100 ml Coconut Milk (thick milk) – Curry leaves optional – Coriander Leaves  – 2 tbsp Oil – Salt to taste

INGREDIENTS

– 8 to 9 Dried Red Chillies – 1 tsp Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp – ½ tsp Peppercorns – 1 inch Ginger – 6 to 7 cloves Garlic – Tamarind – lime sized tamarind soaked in 1/4 cup warm water
