Coat the chicken thighs with basic spices.

Add beaten egg and marinate for 30 minutes

Pan-fry the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes on both the sides.

Steps to make Pan-fried Boneless Chicken Thighs

Make a dry spice rub by mixing equal quantities of Paprika, Garlic Powder Onion Powder, and Mixed herbs and coat the chicken thighs.

Step I

Beat one whole egg with a tablespoon of water and pour over the boneless chicken thighs and the marinade. Allow this to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step II

Now get the chicken thighs out of the refrigerator and dredge them with bread crumbs. Ensure that the crumbs stick well.

Step III

Heat 2 to 3 tbsp of oil   and pan-fry the chicken thighs for 5 to 6 min  on one side. Flip over and fry   until the chicken thighs turn golden all over.

Step IV
