Boil 500 ml full fat milk in a wide pan and reduce it to half the quantity.   Preferably use full fat milk for this recipe.

Add 200 grams powdered sugar and continue to  reduce the milk. Keep stirring to avoid formation of cream layer.

Now add 75 grams of powdered cashew nuts and  continue to reduce the milk until it thickens. The mixture tends to stick to the bottom at this stage.

Now add vanilla essence and 2 tbsp butter.  Mix well and then switch off the flame. Allow the mixture to cool.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl.  This ensures quick cooling and also hardens the mixture quickly.

Let the mixture cool ,and harden .   Then take a small ball of the mixture in press into the milk cream mould. Unmould carefully.

Form all the milk cream and then store them into an airtight container.
