Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Beat eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt and mawa.

Mix wet and dry ingredients with a spatula.  Bake in a pre-heated oven.

Steps to make Mawa Cupcakes

Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda at least three times for moist and fluffy cupcakes everytime.

Step I

In a mixing bowl, add eggs and sugar and beat till light and fluffy.   Next, add in the oil and continue to beat until well combined.

Step II

Now add in the sifted flour  and combine with a spatula. Also, crumble the mawa and also add salt and add to the batter.

Step III

Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners and pour in the batter. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 deg C for 25 minutes.

Step IV

These cupcakes are so moist and fluffy and they taste so yum that you will not need to buy them anymore. Mawa Cupcakes are a perfect tea time cake that you can make at home.
