Steps to make Kanji Curry

Blend the ingredients to a smooth paste. This masala paste adds flavour, spice and texture to the Kanji Curry.

Masala Paste

Heat oil and fry the green paste and then add vegetables like lady finger, brinjals, pumpkin, ash gourd, drumsticks.  Add rice gruel and cook.

Vegetables

After the vegetables are cooked add in the prawns that are already shelled and deveined. Let the prawns cook till done
