– 700 grams Mutton – 4 tbsp Yogurt (1/4 Cup) – ½ tsp Turmeric Powder – Salt to taste

For the Green Masala Paste – 1½ cup Coriander leaves – ½ cup Mint leaves – 6 to 7 Green chillies – 1 inch Ginger – 1 pod Garlic – 1 tsp Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Poppy seeds – 7 to 8 Cashew nuts – 1 inch Cardamom – 5 Cloves – 3 Green cardamoms – ½ tsp Peppercorns
What to look for:
A thick Mutton Curry that is creamy with a fresh fragrance from the mint, coriander leaves, and spices. It should be spicy with a slight tang too.
