– 1 kg Carrots,  – 2 tbsp Ghee  – 2 cups Milk  – 1 cup Sugar  -   Mawa  – 1 tsp Cardamom   & Nutmeg powder –  Cashew, pistachios, and almonds

– In a Kadai add 2 tbsp ghee and  grated carrots. – Fry  carrots for 2 – 3 minutes.   Add 2 cups milk and cover and cook the carrots till done.  A-dd sugar, Mawa and nuts. continue cooking. – Dry up all the liquids and add the cardamom & nutmeg powder   – Garnish with pistachios and slivered almonds.
