Make a green chutney paste.

Marinate the fish roe in this green chutney paste for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish ro on both side until done.

Steps to Fry Fish Roe

Chutney Paste - -1 bunch Coriander leaves – ¼ bunch Mint leaves   – 6  Garlic Flakes – 1" Ginger – 2 Green chillies – Lemon juice – salt

Step I

Apply the green paste all over the fish roe evenly.   Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step II

Heat oil in a gridle.   Place the fish roe on the gridle.  Allow to cook for 5 to 6 minutes and then flip over. Cook on the other side as well.

Step III

Serve fish roe as and appetizer or side dish along with your main course meals.

Step IV

Fish Roe or Fried Fish Eggs is  considered  a healthy food, rich in omega-3 and VitB12. Fish eggs can be safely consumed during pregnancy too.
