Eggless Coconut Semolina Cake Recipe is a delight for vegetarians. Its so quick and easy to bake.

– 200 ml Warm Milk   – 150 grams Powdered Sugar/castor sugar   – 100 grams Fine sooji/Rava/semolina  – 100 grams Desiccated Coconut   – 2 tbsp Butter salted – ½ cup Yogurt – ½ tsp Baking powder – ¼ tsp Baking soda – ½ tsp Vanilla essence – ½ tsp Rose essence

Ingredients

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg C for 35 to 40 minutes..

Cover the cake with some desiccated coconut and serve.
