This is a traditional East Indian recipe and one of the easiest recipes of Mutton Trotters or Paya Soup that you can make at home
The soup is made with a blend of spices such as coriander seeds, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon & turmeric.
Mutton Paya or bones contain glucosamine and chondroitin that helps in promoting joint health.
Animal bones are packed with vitamins and nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus.
Animal tissue and bones also contain collagen, which is good for the skin and nails. Collagen when cooked turns into gelatin with is good of skin and nails.
Amino acids present in the bone broth also aids in digestion. It is extremely beneficial for people with bowel diseases and inflammation.
