East Indian Chicken Curry Recipe (Chicken Moilee)

This East Indian Chicken Curry is called "Chicken Moilee"

The Curry has basic ingredients with the popular East Indian Bottle Masala

– 1 Kg Chicken   – 2 – 3 medium Potatoes   – 6-8 medium Onions   – 1 pod Garlic   – 2 inch Ginger  – 2 – 3 Green chillies, slit – 2 – 3 tbsp Bottle Masala – ½ tsp Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp Sugar – 2 – 3 tbsp Vinegar – Oil  & Salt to taste

INGREDIENTS

We first marinate the chicken and potatoes with the East Indian Bottle Masala.

The potatoes and chicken is then fried in a pan and then added to the curry.

Fry onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies until onions are translucent.

Next add the fried chicken & potatoes.  Add water to make gravy and adjust salt to taste.
