SOOJI & COCONUT CAKE  The cake has fresh coconut and basic ingredients. Use freshly grated  coconut for authentic flavour

  – 1  Grated Coconut – 200 grams Sooji  – 200 grams  Sugar – 100 grams Butter – 3 Eggs – 1 tsp Baking powder – ½ tsp Vanilla

INGREDIENTS

- Cream Butter & Sugar and then add eggs. -Add Coconut, flour and baking powder. -Bake Coconut Cake at 180 deg C for 40 minutes.
