Fry onions and spices in a pressure cooker.

Add spices and meat masala and fry.

Add beef and yogurt and pressure cook till done.

Steps to make Beef Curry

Heat oil in a Pressure Cooker and then add the whole spices, cinnamon stick, cardamoms, cloves, and bay leaf.

Step I

Add the sliced onions and fry for a couple of minutes and then add in the ginger-garlic paste & dry spices.  Add beef pieces and seer.

Step II

Seer the beef in the meat masala and other spices for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add the yogurt.

Step III

Finally, add water and pressure cook the beef until done. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step IV

Serve this Beef Curry made in a Pressure Cooker with steamed rice or Rotis for your main course meal. Pairs well with Naan or Kulchas.
