– Cream the butter and sugar – Add in the eggs, – Add the 3 ripe mashed bananas and mix well. Also add vanilla essence – Then add the sifted flour mixture that has baking powder and baking soda – Add the chopped walnuts – Pour the batter into a lined loaf tin and bake at 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
